2. Services
The Evermore Floweret LLC specializes in preserving wedding bouquets and floral arrangements. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Professional resin cast floral preservation
Floral color correction
Consultation and design services
3. Orders and Payment
a. Placing an Order
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting me directly.
b. Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time agreed upon in contract. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
c. Cancellations and Refunds
A non refundable deposit is required upon booking. Due to the customization of each order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
4. Preservation Process
a. Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping their bouquets to me. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided upon order confirmation. I recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking.
b. Preservation Timeframe
The preservation process typically takes 4-6 months. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.
c. Quality Guarantee
We strive to preserve the natural beauty of your bouquet. However, due to the nature of flowers, some variations in color and texture may occur. We cannot guarantee exact color preservation.
5. Customization and Display
a. Design Consultations
A design questionnaire is provided along with one one design for confirmation. Additional designs are available for purchase
b. Final Product
Once the preservation process is complete, the final product will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Evermore Floweret LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without my express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Evermore Floweret LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
